How to Reverse the effects of Head and Shoulder Shampoo Damage?
After 4 months of not knowing why my hair was falling out and having ultimately thinned by half. I realized it all began when I started using head and shoulders

*Warning for anyone thinking about using this* If you see one bit of change in your hair STOP or better yet find another product.

Is there a way to reverse the effects and get my thickness and length back? I read online to steam or sit in a sauna to remove the gunk stuck to the hair and pores. What should I do for shampoo and conditioner? A particular hair style, oils, vitamins that would be helpful? I don’t want to make it worse by using a bad shampoo or conditioner. I never have colored or used dryers and straighteners on my hair. It used to be down to my butt and a nice thickness (not too thick) but now it is a little below the shoulder a half the thickness (it seems like it even got a little more wavy or maybe I notice it more because there is less weight from the top of my head?). The bangs that I had grown out (I trimmed them earlier in ‘09) have broken off! The hair falls out easily but not as bad now that I stopped using H&S. My hair has almost no weight to it. It is awlful. I can not do anything about the color change but just FYI for everyone whole hair strands turned white. In four months whole strands turned white! I hate H&S.

What do you think or know about Paul mitchell ‘The conditioner’ leave in moisturizer and conditioner? I looked that up (and every other product located in the house) and found a lot of people gave this P.M. product a bad review. I am afraid to use any products now. I did use the old herbal essences S&C for a long time but they were discontinued. Please Help me!

H&S maybe too strong for your hair, try using mild shampoo or as a dermatologist or hair specialist to recommend you a good shampoo.

head and shoulders is not an everyday use shampoo its says in the back two use it maximum twice a week maybe this is not the problem but a softer everyday use (everyday use will be written on the bottle) shampoo shouldn’t make damage like this shampoo and conditioner did

ARGGG. Trilogy about ninjas?
Ok so going out on a limb but: about 5 years ago i read what i remember to be a trilogy of fiction books. it might have been two books and i’m 98% sure it wasn’t just one book. the plot was something like a boy who became a ninja. this all took place in japan. of course there was a love story too, something i remember was the scene where they met, i think she was training with kendo or something like that, and when their eyes met it was true love or whatever. the boy infiltrates some castle or something at the climax of the book. if i’m not being influenced by the last samurai, i also believe towards the end there was an army being amassed by some important guy that were using guns and western weaponry. tried looking it up but no luck so far.

I have posted this question before, and to clarify to some people, yes I have lost someone namely my dad. (By the way I am 15 so please do not comment unless you are serious) Yes i know the poems are sad and morbid but please understand that I have had a rough life.

Undertow.

If the world is gone then where will I go.
I’m tossed in the wind like a flake of snow.
No control of where, how, or even when.
I used to know, but this is now and that was then.
When the world collapses around my ears.
No one will be there to see the tears.
Freshly spilled like a river of blood.
Emotions slip out caught in the flood.
I’m grasping at straws with no sense of direction.
Try as I might my life’s far from perfection.
It started as a flaw, a crack in the glass.
Then it grew bigger and I fell flat on my ***.
So, if the world is gone then where will I go?

Has your dog's tear stains gone away after feeding raw for a while?
I am so surprised that just switching to raw has got rid of my Bichon’s tear stains! Even the stains around the hair on his mouth have almost disappeared. Why is this? I was feeding him good holistic human-grade kibble before. Strange.
What about your dog?
The kibble he was on had no dyes and no chemicals or chemical preservatives and not even any beet or tomato pommace. So it wasn’t that. Hmm

It’s beacuse there are no preservatives or chemicals, also common ingredients like beet pulp can contribute to staining. Way to go finding a diet that your dog does well on.

I need someone to help me mentally….?
I’ve been through alot of sh*t lately… I’m barely getting by in school,my parents are always yelling at me non-stop. I’m getting angry really easy and I don’t know what I want and want I don’t… I’ve always been in love with this one special girl, but it never has worked out between us. She’s getting asked out by some of the "hottest" guys and the richest guys in all of high school, thing is. She is such a great person that she knows it would hurt me so she says no. I know it hurts her to because her eyes are always filled with sadness… I just wish she could forget about me or I would just "disapeer".
